Sunday, May 18, 2025 • Islamorada, FL
Join us in Islamorada, Florida for a wedding experience like no other.
It is our intention to have a weekend filled with laughter, love, and a few surprises. We're inviting you to not just celebrate with us, but to fully connect with us and each other. It's about time! 😉
**We will be adding more information about daily/evening activities as we get closer so please check back🥳**
OUR STORY
We met on Hinge-yep, that dating app! After both spending the previous two years working on ourselves, we met for our first date at a local coffeeshop. This was Sarah's first date in two years and Eddie's first date after his father's passing. As we talked over a five hour coffee date, we realized our paths had crossed many times over the almost twenty years of us both living in Austin! We frequented the same places and even lived only two miles apart! This date and connection felt so good, it was like the universe was saying "Finally, you two!"
From there, our bond has grown into something truly magical, a perfect balance of masculine and feminine energies. It feels so good and we are so happy, it was worth the wait y'all!😭
Our proposal? It was spontaneous and happened Halloween weekend. The weekend started in Denver at a concert at Red Rocks, from there going to a wedding in Santa Fe, and ending in Albuquerque New Mexico. Earlier that year, Eddie shared with Sarah that his intention was to marry her and after a weekend full of serendipitous moments the proposal just flowed.

TRAVEL
Traveling to paradise has never been easier! You can fly into either Miami or Key West airports, both offering picturesque drives to Islamorada. We recommend arriving by mid-afternoon on May 16th to join us for our Welcome Party, which kicks off just before sunset. So, plan your flights accordingly!
From Miami: The scenic drive along the Overseas Highway takes around 1.5-2 hours depending on traffic.
From Key West: A little shorter 1.5 hour drive will get you to the tropical boho oasis of Cheeca Lodge.
Pro Tip: Rent a car for the easiest journey-enjoy the beauty of the Keys along the way! We will also be looking into group shuttles once it gets a bit closer.

ANSWERS FOR YOU
Q: What should I wear?
A: Think of it as beachy fun meets a little snappy. Wear what makes you feel good and comfortable, whether that's barefoot, flowing linen, or something with a little flair. For the ceremony, aim for something expressive and fun-but remember, we'll be on the beach! No need to overthink it-just come as your best self!
Q: Can I bring my children?
A: Since we are getting married the weekend AFTER Mother's Day we know you will be ready for some fun and connection. We love your kids, but we ask that they stay home and you bring your most fun self. We are also excited that our family's kids will be with us celebrating, so be ready for some sand volleyball with our nieces, nephew, and cousins!
